Project Description

This project aims to significantly reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions in the healthcare sector in North Macedonia while enhancing the sustainability and operational efficiency of healthcare facilities. It targets GHG emitted directly by healthcare providers and GHG emitted to produce the electricity needed for the proper functioning of healthcare facilities. 

The WBIF provides technical assistance to develop a comprehensive feasibility study for the project, which will identify and assess practical, innovative, and scalable solutions to reduce GHG emissions from healthcare facilities while ensuring the continued high quality of healthcare services.
