Funding opportunities are available through annual or biannual calls for proposals.
To be eligible for funding, project applications must comply with the eligibility criteria and requirements outlined in the Guidelines for Applicants for Blending Operations published for each call for proposals.
Applications are submitted by the National IPA Coordinators (NIPACs).
